1. Definitions & General Provisions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 7v7v7 website and all services operated under it. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform. "We" or "7v7v7" refers to the organization that operates this platform.

By accessing or registering on the platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity, 7v7v7's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the platform. 7v7v7 may request valid identification to verify your age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. Providing false age information will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these terms, and all associated accounts may be closed.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• The account must be used only by the registered individual; allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.
• If any information changes, the profile must be updated immediately.
• Offensive, misleading, or false information may not be used in usernames, profile pictures, or profiles.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not use this platform:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Residents of any area or jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Employees, contractors, or close relatives of 7v7v7.
• Any person previously banned from the platform.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password & Login

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 7v7v7 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone requests your password, do not provide it and notify us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 SSL Encryption

All data transmitted on the 7v7v7 platform is protected by SSL encryption. We continuously implement technical measures to ensure a safe and reliable environment.

3.3 Account Suspension

7v7v7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspicious activity, breach of terms, or suspicion of fraud.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 7v7v7 can be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit amount appears suspicious, its use may be put on hold until a verification process is completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• All wagering requirements on any bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 7v7v7 does not process transactions in any other currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at 7v7v7, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200; if you deposit ৳10,000, a maximum of ৳5,000 bonus will be added, making your total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings earned on the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion must be claimed and completed within its specified validity period.
• The same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories — the detailed terms of each offer apply.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 7v7v7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 7v7v7 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Fair Play & Fraud

6.1 Prohibited Activities

All games on 7v7v7 are operated under a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Playing in collusion with other players.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game through dishonest means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

6.2 In Case of Errors

Balances, payouts, or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are not valid. In such cases, 7v7v7 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the correct balance.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all betting rules are governed by the market terms applicable to each specific sport. It is the user's responsibility to read the applicable rules carefully before placing a bet.

• A bet that has been accepted cannot be cancelled, unless the market itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the associated bet is generally refunded.
• 7v7v7 reserves the right to open or close any market and to set maximum bet limits.

7.2 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slots each have their own rules and payout structures. These rules are set by the game software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and are not controlled by 7v7v7.

7.3 Communication Delays

7v7v7 will not be held responsible for delays in bet processing caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures. The user must confirm that the bet has been successfully accepted.

8. Responsible Gaming

7v7v7 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is a recreational activity — it should not be considered a source of income.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session limits for yourself.
• If needed, you can self-exclude your account for a specified period.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately and contact us.

9. Limitation of Liability

7v7v7 strives to ensure uninterrupted service as much as possible, but does not accept liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet outages.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or network.
• Problems caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Under no circumstances shall 7v7v7's liability exceed the actual amount of the transaction in question.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 7v7v7 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 7v7v7. No part of it may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The intellectual property of game software and related content belongs to the respective game providers. 7v7v7 delivers their games under agreements with these providers.

11. Changes to Terms

7v7v7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the appropriate channel (email or a notice on the platform).

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the update will be noted at the top of the page.
